History

The Summit Health and Rehab Services, Inc. was established in 2001, as the result of an organizational purchase of the Mississippi portion of a larger rehab company. Initially, Summit serviced contracts in Mississippi and quickly expanded into Louisiana. The Summit has experienced a steady trend of growth and now provides quality rehab services to a diverse area covering many states in the Southern U.S. The heart of the company is in long term care; however, our company has grown to provide services in many other settings such as hospital, school and outpatient.

The primary goal of the Summit is to provide high quality, cost-effective care to its patients through the delivery of health care services in a responsible, reliable, and appropriate manner.
